Objectives of the event

• To identify scope of innovation across functional area of Business.

• To inculcate in the budding managers the importance of Interpersonal skills at workplace.

• To provide a knowledge base for improving presentations skills and become more confident in front of an audience.

• To enhance communication ability among management students – one of the most essential prerequisite for a successful manager in today’s dynamic and demanding business requirements.

Themes for the Presentation

Main Theme: - “Enhancing Interpersonal relationship skill at workplace and away too.”

Sub themes: -

1. Dynamics of Interpersonal relationships at work

2. Importance of Conversational skills in building good interpersonal relationships at workplace.

3. Importance of valuing other persons (Superiors, subordinates & peers)

4. Better listening helps interpersonal relationships

5. How cultural barriers hinder good interpersonal relations at workplace

6. How to handle Controversies effectively

7. Causes and remedies of deterioration and termination of relationship

General Rules and Regulations

• A maximum of 4 students can participate from one college.

• Completed Registration forms should reach us by 15th Feb 2012 in the specified registration form.

• All participants must carry their Institute identity cards.

• Decision of judges regarding result shall be final and binding on all the participants. No disputes shall be entertained.

• The institute has the right to reject any entry without assigning reasons.

• A maximum of 15 students are allowed to accompany the participants.

• Free Refreshment coupons will be given only to the participants.

• Participants should carry their presentation in their pen drives or CD’s.
